Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Vorylo. By creating an account, starting a subscription, purchasing credits, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Vorylo.

1. The Vorylo service

Vorylo is AI-assisted marketing software that can analyze submitted websites and brand information, help develop marketing strategy and copy, and generate or organize creative assets. Features may change as the service develops.

2. AI-generated content

Vorylo uses artificial intelligence, and outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to content produced for others, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You must review all outputs before publishing or relying on them, including claims, offers, pricing, intellectual-property issues, and compliance with advertising rules. You are responsible for your use of generated content.

3. Your responsibilities and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, have the rights and permissions needed for submitted websites, prompts, logos, images, brand materials, and other content, and use Vorylo lawfully. You may not use the service to violate law or third-party rights; create deceptive, harmful, abusive, or unlawful material; distribute malware; interfere with the service; bypass access or usage controls; probe system security; or use automated means to overload or misuse the service.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping credentials secure. Notify Vorylo through the support channel made available in the service if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Starter

Starter costs $99 per month and begins with a three-day trial. A card or other payment method is required, $0 is due initially, and the subscription renews at $99 per month unless canceled before renewal. The trial includes exactly one Premium Launch Pack. The normal 1,000 monthly credits begin only after a successful paid invoice.

Pro

Pro costs $399 per month, has no trial, and is charged immediately. It includes 6,000 monthly credits after a successful paid invoice.

Credits and credit packs

Vorylo credits are platform usage units, not cash, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Monthly credits reset according to the subscription billing cycle. Purchased credits are maintained separately from monthly credits. Available packs are 500 credits for $39, 1,500 credits for $99, and 4,000 credits for $229. Except where required by applicable law, charges and credit packs are non-refundable, and cancellation or payment failure does not create a cash entitlement to unused credits.

6. Cancellation

You may manage or cancel a Stripe-backed subscription through the billing portal available in Studio. Cancellation is handled by Stripe and takes effect according to the subscription details shown there. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next recurring charge. Access, features, and monthly credits may change or end when a subscription ends or payment fails.

7. No guarantee of results

Vorylo does not guarantee advertising performance, revenue, leads, sales, audience growth, platform approval, or any other marketing or business result. Results depend on factors outside Vorylo's control.

8. Intellectual property

Vorylo and its software, design, branding, documentation, and underlying technology are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. As between you and Vorylo, you retain rights you already hold in material you provide. You grant Vorylo permission to host, process, reproduce, and transform that material only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service. Your rights in AI outputs may depend on applicable law and third-party terms.

9. Availability and third-party services

Vorylo depends on third-party services, including Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, and Cloudflare. The service may be interrupted, delayed, changed, or unavailable, and Vorylo does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vorylo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or results. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vorylo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by law.

12. Suspension and termination

Vorylo may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful or harmful use, security risk, nonpayment, or conduct that threatens the service or others. You may stop using the service at any time; stopping use does not itself cancel an active subscription.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date will be revised, and material changes may be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

14. Governing law and contact

The business’s legal entity, governing jurisdiction, mailing address, and formal legal contact have not yet been published. Until those details are provided, contact Vorylo through the support channel made available in the product. This section should be updated when those business details are finalized.
